As getButterfly offers non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods in the form of WordPress plugins, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase is made.   • You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support staff through the support portal.
  • Our support staff has determined that the product cannot be installed in your environment.

Refunds will not be issued more than seven (7) days after the purchase of the product. Additionally, refunds will not be issued at any time for product add-ons. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional products and support.

How are payments processed?

What’s the point of buying a yearly subscription?

Subscribing means you will have instant access to our entire theme collection, no questions asked. You’ll be able to download any themes you’d like, and use them on any number of websites. Even if your subscription expires, you’ll be able to keep what you have downloaded.

What happens when the subscription expires?

After your subscription period is over, you will be able to keep anything you’ve downloaded so far. However, you will lose access to downloads in your dashboard, new releases, and we’ll no longer offer premium support.
