- You have purchased the product in the last thirty (30) days.
- You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support staff through the support portal.
- Our support staff has determined that the product cannot be installed in your environment.
- No refunds will be issued more than thirty (30) days after purchase of the product. No refunds will be issued at any time for product add-ons.
Please note, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you do run into an issue, we will do whatever we can to resolve the problem.
