We may consider a refund for any getButterfly product, provided that all the following criteria have been met:
You have purchased the product in the last thirty (30) days
You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support staff through the support portal
Our support staff has determined that the product cannot be installed in your environment
No refunds will be issued more than thirty (30) days after purchase of the product. No refunds will be issued at any time for product add-ons.
