As getButterfly offers non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods in the form of WordPress plugins, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase is made. This policy is in line with industry standards for digital products, and it is your responsibility to understand this policy upon registering at our site. We encourage you to demo our products before making a purchase decision.

In rare cases, we may consider a refund for a getButterfly product if all of the following criteria are met:
- The purchase was made within the last seven (7) days.
- You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support staff through the support portal.
- Our support staff has determined that the product cannot be installed in your environment.
Refunds are granted only if the installed or applied fix generates a fatal error or fails to work with my theme or plugin. In these cases, I try to advise and/or fix the installation free of charge. Refunds will not be issued more than seven (7) days after the purchase of the product. Additionally, refunds will not be issued at any time for product add-ons. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional products and support.

- Talk to the customer to see if we can help them, free of charge.

In case of administrative access for support purposes, we do not save your details, your credentials or any confidential information supplied for purchased services. After customer confirmation, they are immediately discarded and any future access will require customer action and approval.

By buying any product from us, you will be able to access our support forum. Any inquiries you have will be responded with top priority, and we can also offer limited assistance in customizing a theme for your specific needs.
How are payments processed?
All payments are processed either using PayPal or Stripe, both of which offer fully secured encryption payments. We don’t store any credit card or payment data, so you can be completely secure all the time.
What’s the point of buying a yearly subscription?
Subscribing means you will have instant access to our entire theme collection, no questions asked. You’ll be able to download any themes you’d like, and use them on any number of websites. Even if your subscription expires, you’ll be able to keep what you have downloaded.
What happens when the subscription expires?
After your subscription period is over, you will be able to keep anything you’ve downloaded so far. However, you will lose access to downloads in your dashboard, new releases, and we’ll no longer offer premium support.
How can I use the themes I’ve downloaded?
You’re free to use anything you have downloaded on any number of websites. It doesn’t matter if they’re your own websites, or client projects, there’s no restriction. You may also tweak and customize them to suit your needs.
